Located in the Perth hills suburb of Darlington, Empire Pastry is proud to be a producer of high quality, traditionally made pastry. We are passionate about supporting other WA businesses and source the majority of our ingredients from local suppliers wherever possible.
And our Pastry is really very good too!

Hand Made in Darlington
Born from a love of good food, Catherine embarked on a journey to find out how to make the best pastry. By using as many locally supplied, small produced, quality ingredients as possible, the making began. After a year of research and perfecting the technique (and a whole load of pies later ;). Empire Pastry was born.
The name? A little nod to the Ottoman Empire where it is said Pastry originated from. (Clever people indeed!)
